  • On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Product for your own learning.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publicly post, or create derivative copies of the Product.
  • All content, text, design and branding remain the property of Avsar Hub or its licensors.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Product and any described techniques lawfully and in compliance with the terms of all third-party platforms (for example Meta/Facebook, YouTube, MGID) and with applicable copyright and trademark law. You must not use the Product to engage in fraud, invalid traffic, fake engagement, or infringement of others’ rights.

5. No guarantees / results disclaimer

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Digital Product Delivery Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avsar Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from the Product or your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India, and disputes are subject to the courts of West Bengal, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
